This Legal Notice governs access to and use of www.thegardensuites.com, owned by Plus Ultra Properties SL(VAT B86125986), registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, whose main activity is the commercialisation of luxury tourist apartments under the brand The Garden Suites.

Booking conditions

Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon payment. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in; non-refundable rates carry no cancellation right. Check-in from 15:00 h, check-out before 11:00 h. Cancellations must be sent in writing to recepcion@thegardensuites.com.

Intellectual property

All content on this website is the property of Plus Ultra Properties SL or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. Reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid. Consumers may also use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
